A: T/T 30% as deposit, and 70% before delivery. We'll show you the photos of the products and packages
before you pay the balance.
Q: Do I need to install multiple smoke alarms?
A: The alarm has a wide detection range of 20-40 ㎡, offering you reliable safety. We advise you to install one or more smoke alarms in accordance with your house's dimensions.
Q: Where is the recommended position in the room?
A: The alarm needs to be installed minimum 50cm away from the highest ceiling point in the room.
Q: How to solve quality problem?
1) During the warranty period, we will take the responsibility for any non-human damage to the product.
2) After the warranty period, we will test our sample from the batch and give you the test report on the same day. If there is no problem in the samples, we need you to send the product back and show the test report within 3 days after receiving it.
Q: Can alarms be interlinked?
C: The alarm can be wired interlinked.
