Smoke detectors are installed in stairwells, smoke-proof stairwells, and safety exits, and can detect smoke generated after a fire in a timely manner. The detectors in the automatic fire alarm system are generally composed of fire alarm controllers, detectors and linkage control equipment.
1. Installation location of smoke detector
(1) Manual alarm button, usually installed in the stairwell;
(2) When a fire occurs, the detector can sense the smoke signal and feedback the alarm information to the control center;
(3) Manual and automatic coexist;
(4) Linkage control can be achieved in both manual and automatic states.
2. The installation location of smoke detectors should meet the following requirements:
(1) It should not be close to dangerous places such as fire sources, heat sources, and power supplies;
(2) Smoke detectors should be placed in a dry, well-ventilated place to prevent moisture corrosion;
(3) The grounding wire of the smoke detector should be a metal wire, and the grounding resistance should not be greater than 0.2ω.
(4) The power socket of the smoke detector should be connected to the power socket of other equipment to prevent interference with the normal operation of other equipment.
(5) The output voltage of the smoke detector should comply with the requirements specified in the national standard gb9706.1-2008.
